Un bon exemple \u00e9s l\u2019emblem\u00e0tica Yamaha YBR 125cc, molt apreciada per la seva resist\u00e8ncia mec\u00e0nica i per l\u2019\u00e0mplia disponibilitat de recanvis al mercat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui volem compartir amb tu una hist\u00f2ria real. Es tracta del relat d\u2019en Gerardo, client habitual de Rodi Motor Services, que va passar setmanes lluitant amb una avaria a la seva motocicleta Yamaha YBR 125cc fins que va aconseguir trobar el problema; un dia, la seva moto va comen\u00e7ar a perdre for\u00e7a en accelerar, s\u2019ofegava a les pujades i, de vegades, s\u2019apagava en deixar anar l\u2019accelerador. Quin podria ser el problema?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com molts motoristes, en Gerardo va comen\u00e7ar pel m\u00e9s obvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pas 1: \u201cSer\u00e0 la bugia?\u201d<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> \u201cNo s\u00f3c expert en mec\u00e0nica, per\u00f2 s\u00e9 que els problemes d\u2019acceleraci\u00f3 o p\u00e8rdua de for\u00e7a generalment estan relacionats amb les bugies. Vaig notar que l\u2019espurna no era forta, aix\u00ed que la vaig canviar. Vaig pensar que el problema desapareixeria, per\u00f2 m\u2019equivocava\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Gerardo sabia que feia temps que no canviava la bugia i que aquesta estava una mica desgastada, per\u00f2 no era la causa principal. La frustraci\u00f3 va apar\u00e8ixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pas 2: \u201cAleshores ha de ser el carburador\u201d<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Seguint consells trobats a Internet, va aconseguir extreure el carburador, el va netejar i va ajustar la mescla d\u2019aire\/combustible segons el manual del fabricant. Fins i tot, quan el seu ajust no va semblar funcionar, va consultar un amic mec\u00e0nic que li va recomanar substituir el carburador per un de nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s de perdre molt temps i diners, el problema persistia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn aquest punt estava bastant frustrat; la moto \u00e9s el meu mitj\u00e0 de transport habitual per anar a la feina. Vaig pensar que ja no tenia soluci\u00f3\u201d, explica en Gerardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pas 3: \u201cSer\u00e0 alguna cosa el\u00e8ctrica?\u201d<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Decidit a trobar l\u2019avaria, va revisar tots els cables que va veure i va comprovar la bateria. Tot semblava en ordre. Fins que va recordar un component que pocs revisen: el CDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el CDI d\u2019una motocicleta i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan important?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> El CDI (Ignici\u00f3 per Desc\u00e0rrega Capacitiva, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) \u00e9s el cervell el\u00e8ctric de l\u2019espurna en motos sense un sistema d\u2019encesa electr\u00f2nica avan\u00e7at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Emmagatzemar energia del sistema de c\u00e0rrega.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alliberar una espurna d\u2019alta tensi\u00f3 en el moment exacte.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sincronitzar la ignici\u00f3 amb la posici\u00f3 del pist\u00f3.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el CDI falla, l\u2019espurna \u00e9s irregular o inexistent, cosa que causa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fallades en accelerar.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrencada intermitent.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moto que s\u2019apaga sola.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manca de pot\u00e8ncia.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I el m\u00e9s cr\u00edtic: els s\u00edmptomes es confonen f\u00e0cilment amb problemes de carburaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per qu\u00e8 va ser tan dif\u00edcil detectar-ho?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> No existeix una prova casolana infal\u00b7lible que permeti detectar un CDI que ha arribat al final de la seva vida \u00fatil. El CDI no mostra signes f\u00edsics clars de dany, i molts tallers el passen per alt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Gerardo ho va descobrir per desc\u00e0rrec, quan estava a punt de vendre la moto despr\u00e9s de setmanes de frustraci\u00f3. Va aconseguir comprar un CDI nou i, consultant blocs de motocicletes, va trobar la manera de substituir-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe\u2019m va tornar l\u2019\u00e0nima al cos en donar contacte i sentir un ralent\u00ed estable. Va ser com tornar a n\u00e9ixer. Accelerava suau, sense tirons ni apagades. Em vaig preguntar: per qu\u00e8 no ho vaig revisar abans? Com \u00e9s que no me n\u2019havia adonat? Per\u00f2 no hi havia manera de saber-ho. Ho vaig haver de descobrir, i em va portar gaireb\u00e9 dos mesos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quina hauria estat la manera m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida de trobar el problema?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Un diagn\u00f2stic especialitzat i la comprovaci\u00f3 de senyals el\u00e8ctriques en temps real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Rodi Motor Services utilitzem equips que analitzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>El senyal d\u2019entrada i sortida del CDI.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La sincronitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019espurna.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019estat complet del sistema d\u2019encesa.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb experi\u00e8ncia i les eines adequades, es pot confirmar si el CDI est\u00e0 fallant sense necessitat de canviar peces innecess\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 evita:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Despeses innecess\u00e0ries (com canviar el carburador complet).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e8rdua de temps (gaireb\u00e9 10 setmanes amb la moto aturada).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tonelades de frustraci\u00f3.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 va aprendre en Gerardo?<\/strong> Que el problema no sempre \u00e9s el m\u00e9s obvi.<br>Molts mec\u00e0nics i usuaris es fixen en el que \u00e9s visible: bugies, filtres, carburadors. Per\u00f2 en motos modernes de 125cc, les fallades el\u00e8ctriques s\u00f3n cada cop m\u00e9s comunes i requereixen eines adequades. La majoria de motocicletes noves tenen sistemes electr\u00f2nics avan\u00e7ats, per\u00f2 encara existeixen molts models carburats que utilitzen CDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Gerardo ara ho t\u00e9 clar:<br>\u201cAbans de canviar qualsevol pe\u00e7a, prefereixo anar a un taller que tingui tecnologia per diagnosticar b\u00e9. Segur que m\u2019estalviar\u00e9 diners i, sobretot, molt de temps\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La teva moto falla en accelerar?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Si la teva Yamaha YBR, Bajaj, Boxer o qualsevol moto de 110\u2013125cc presenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Tirons en accelerar.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019apaga sola.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No arrenca b\u00e9 en fred.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fallades intermitents.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25ba No donis per fet que \u00e9s el carburador o la bugia.
