I quedar\u00edem aturats si no en tenim un de recanvi. El pneum\u00e0tic transmet la pot\u00e8ncia, suporta el pes, frena i permet donar direcci\u00f3 a la nostra conducci\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 pot ser molt vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Rodi Motor Services, volem ajudar-te a identificar en quins escenaris et podries trobar amb el risc de perdre un pneum\u00e0tic, comprendre per qu\u00e8 hi ha perills i, sobretot, com protegir els teus pneum\u00e0tics (i la teva seguretat) abans que sigui massa tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Altes velocitats prolongades<\/strong><br>Ets d\u2019aquelles persones que sol conduir a m\u00e9s de 120 km\/h durant per\u00edodes llargs (especialment a l\u2019autopista a l\u2019estiu)? Aquest estil de conducci\u00f3 genera una fricci\u00f3 extrema entre el pneum\u00e0tic i l\u2019asfalt.<br>Aix\u00f2 eleva la temperatura de la goma, accelera el desgast i, en casos extrems, pot provocar una rebentada si el pneum\u00e0tic ja est\u00e0 debilitat. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s probable en cotxes esportius d\u2019alta pot\u00e8ncia i \u00e9s la ra\u00f3 per la qual a la F\u00f3rmula 1 es canvien constantment els pneum\u00e0tics.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: revisa la pressi\u00f3 abans de trajectes llargs i respecta els l\u00edmits de velocitat. Un pneum\u00e0tic sobreescalfat perd adher\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Temperatures extremes<\/strong><br>Les temperatures extremes poden generar diferents efectes en el pneum\u00e0tic, depenent de si es tracta de calor o de fred intens.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Calor intens: estova la goma, augmenta la pressi\u00f3 interna i accelera la degradaci\u00f3 del compost.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fred extrem: endureix la goma, redueix l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia i fa que els pneum\u00e0tics siguin m\u00e9s fr\u00e0gils davant d\u2019impactes.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: utilitza pneum\u00e0tics estacionals adequats (estiu\/hivern) i verifica la pressi\u00f3 amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, ja que varia segons la temperatura ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Impactes contra sots, voreres o pedres<\/strong><br>Has topat amb un sot o una vorera? Pot semblar que no hi ha hagut danys si el para-xocs o el xass\u00eds no n\u2019han rebut, per\u00f2 la veritat \u00e9s que un cop fort en passar per un sot o fregar una vorera pot:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danyar l\u2019estructura interna (carcassa d\u2019acer o fibra).<br>Causar bonys.<br>Provocar punxades lentes o trencaments immediats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: redueix la velocitat en zones amb terreny irregular. Si notes vibracions o desgast irregular despr\u00e9s d\u2019un impacte, fes una revisi\u00f3 immediata. Si cal, porta el cotxe a un taller proper per a una revisi\u00f3 professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. C\u00e0rrega excessiva o mal distribu\u00efda<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Encara que vegis que el cotxe \u201caguanta\u201d, no el carreguis mai amb m\u00e9s pes del recomanat. Portar m\u00e9s pes del que indica el fabricant (equipatge, remolc, c\u00e0rrega al sostre) sobrecarrega els pneum\u00e0tics, especialment els del darrere. Aix\u00f2 provoca:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Un desgast m\u00e9s gran al centre de la banda de rodament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augment de la temperatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risc de rebentada per fatiga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: revisa sempre l\u2019\u00edndex de c\u00e0rrega dels teus pneum\u00e0tics i la capacitat m\u00e0xima del vehicle (a la porta del conductor o al manual).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Pressi\u00f3 incorrecta<\/strong><br>Com passa amb la temperatura, una pressi\u00f3 massa alta genera certs efectes i una pressi\u00f3 massa baixa, uns altres:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Pressi\u00f3 baixa: augmenta la superf\u00edcie de contacte, genera m\u00e9s calor i causa desgast a les vores. A m\u00e9s, incrementa el risc de desmuntatge en corbes.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressi\u00f3 alta: redueix l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia, fa que el cotxe sigui m\u00e9s inestable i desgasta el centre del pneum\u00e0tic.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: revisa la pressi\u00f3 almenys un cop al mes i sempre en fred (abans de conduir). Utilitza el valor recomanat pel fabricant, no el m\u00e0xim indicat al flanc del pneum\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Pneum\u00e0tics vells o amb poc dibuix<\/strong><br>Si treus poc el cotxe i sents que no has fet prou quil\u00f2metres com per necessitar un canvi de pneum\u00e0tics, has de considerar que el temps tamb\u00e9 degrada la goma: una vegada utilitzats, els pneum\u00e0tics tenen data de caducitat.<br>Si, en canvi, condueixes bastant, tingues en compte el desgast del dibuix. Un dibuix per sota d\u20191,6 mm (el l\u00edmit legal) redueix dr\u00e0sticament l\u2019adher\u00e8ncia en mullat i augmenta el risc d\u2019aquaplaning.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consell: revisa la data de fabricaci\u00f3 del pneum\u00e0tic (4 d\u00edgits al flanc, ex. \u201c2322\u201d = setmana 23 del 2022). Si tenen m\u00e9s de 5 anys o el dibuix est\u00e0 molt desgastat, \u00e9s hora de canviar-los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Com saber que un pneum\u00e0tic est\u00e0 al l\u00edmit?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vibracions persistents al volant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desgast irregular o molt accelerat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esquerdes als flancs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e8rdua freq\u00fcent de pressi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soroll anormal en rodar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Conclusi\u00f3: els teus pneum\u00e0tics no s\u00f3n eterns\u2026 per\u00f2 en pots allargar la vida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portar un pneum\u00e0tic al l\u00edmit no sempre \u00e9s evident fins que \u00e9s massa tard, i la majoria de vegades l\u2019entorn nom\u00e9s contribueix a accelerar el proc\u00e9s.
